Refund & Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated for a specific item). Items must be unused and in original condition.

How to request

1. Email support@ogood.international with your order number.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA if applicable.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For WeChat Pay, refunds can only be processed within 180 days of the original charge.
